Converse Tradition: PINK PANTHERS RULE

I think if I were to have to make a new tradition or revamp an old one it would be to revamp an old one. I love Big Sis/Lil Sis week and I assume so does everyone else. Who doesn't like getting present for a week and making new friends? But the revamping I would like to do is that the little need to buy a present for their bigs in return. A week after Big Sis/Lil Sis week the little should have to have spent enough time with them to know at least a small amount about their bigs personality; so, maybe after that time they could get their big a gift to show their appreciation for all they got during the celebration week. I'm a firm believer in returning the favor and I know our bigs spend a lot of money on us; therefore I think it wouldn't be too much to ask of the freshman to get their big a gift. The littles wouldn't have to buy anything if they couldn't afford it because they could make a gift. I just think the bigs should get a token of our appreciation after all the sleep they've lost and money they've spent.

  1. I agree with you on this one. I would love to spend money or make something for my big. We need to get that started up again. Very good idea.

  2. In some years the Little Sisses have staged an event like this in the spring, where they all honor, thank, and get gifts for their Big Sisses. Maybe you could start a revival of the practice!
